For Sale: 1974 AMC Javelin in jackson, Alabama for sale in Jackson, AL

Vehicle Description This car was one of a few cars I got in a group deal when buying a 69 charger.
These are pretty rare, 4,980 AMX javelins were built this last production year and decoding it shows it was born with a 304 V8 This car was left outdoors for several years after the engine and transmission were taken out.
I had settled on keeping the little car and just sticking it in a sea container or covered up in the barn, and hopefully run across a matador, or any ugly AMC survivor car as a drive train donor to make a cheap; cool driver out of this one.
I've seen several that had small block 350s etc.
put in them, but myself ;I would put it back all American Motors.
.
With the two other B Body projects I have, I've decided this one really needs a good home.
.
In the pics you can see I took about 75% of the body down to the original dark blue paint, just to see what was underneath.
Seems that it was painted pretty good once on top of the factory paint, then at some point someone went to it with a house painting gun or something, it did however protect a lot of the outer skin.
Some filler was used on the first repaint, showing in the first few images, and the trunk deck is pretty bad under the duck tail spoiler.
The dash and interior seems pretty much complete, trunk pan and extensions seem pretty good too.
.
Starting with image 12, pics show the frame rails, inner wheel houses, all good; as well as the rockers.
A little filler was used on the driver side outer rocker panel.
No doubt the glass channels will need some attention, couple of holes showing at the drip rails.
Does look like everything is reproduced out there,it will need a rear bumper,( wasn't there ) and the panel under it also.
Front floor pans could be patched in as well as the lower quarters.
Apparently battery acid damaged the radiator support, rail extension, and fender apron on the inner right front.
Thankfully the trim pieces and marker lights were saved and put inside the car.
I shot back over most of the body with PPG epoxy primer to protect it where I got through to the steel at the style lines etc.
The car will take a good deal of effort to get back nice but a really a good one to start with, seems to be in much better shape than is usually out there with the rougher non restored AMX javelins.
Any further questions please contact me through CC Thanks, Frank.
