For Sale: 1957 Ford Thunderbird in JACKSON, Alabama for sale in Jackson, AL
Vehicle Description This car was purchased from an elderly friend of mine last year, which he has owned since 1959.
The car has been sitting in a garage for about twenty-five years due to health issues etc.
The 312 Y block that the car was born with was replaced with the late 60s built 289 small block and C-4 transmission years ago.
It appears there was a poor paint job done on it many years ago, but the only rust- through I see is at the lower rear quarters seen in the pics.
The convertible top; behind the seat seems to be complete but needs a new canvas.
I have a B body Mopar, and another ford project going on right now, and just don't have the time for another car.
