We have an incredible opportunity with a seasoned book of business that is available for the right candidate to assume. Ideally this person will have experience as a manager and sales professional, who has a desire to build and grown a book of business who they will earn equity within.

Talking to people and identifying products to help secure what they love
Being involved in the Community you live and work in
Calling current customers and conducting account reviews
Managing & Marketing the growth of your business from start up
Inspecting homes and businesses to be sure they adhere to underwriting guidelines
Some cold and warm calling on accounts - no door to door
Locally Marketing your agency through Company provided programs
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
Effective communication skills
Basic computer skills
Success driven, Self -Confident , Independent and a Natural Leader
Ability to speak with people and educate them
Additional requirements include:
Good credit history
No Felony Convictions
College degree preferred, though not required
Sales experience
Must obtain a Property and Casualty License and a Life and Health license. (we can help)
