Talking to people and identifying products to help secure what they love
Being involved in the Community you live and work in
Calling current customers and conducting account reviews
Managing & Marketing the growth of your business from start up
Inspecting homes and businesses to be sure they adhere to underwriting guidelines
Some cold and warm calling on accounts - no door to door
Locally Marketing your agency through Company provided programs
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
Effective communication skills
Basic computer skills
Success driven, Self -Confident , Independent and a Natural Leader
Ability to speak with people and educate them
Additional requirements include:
Good credit history
No Felony Convictions
College degree preferred, though not required
Sales experience
Must obtain a Property and Casualty License and a Life and Health license. (we can help)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
