Quality Control Systems Engineer needed for a pulp and paper service company. Experience with Metso Damatic and/or ABB XA800 systems is a must. This is a permanent position that will work on-site at a paper mill in Jackson, Alabama. Relocation assistance is available.
Responsibilities for the Quality Control Engineer
Perform preventative, corrective and emergency maintenance on paper mills QCS equipment
Advice client as to maintenance procedures, evolution, site planning, operational methods, process measurement and control
Independently troubleshoot and solve complex system and process related problems
Prossess/develop comprehensive knowledge of entire product and service portfolio and routinely consult with both customer and management
Be available on an 'on call' basis to advise customers out of hours and, if necessary, make unscheduled site visits
Requirements for the Quality Control Engineer
4+ years experience as a QCS Engineer
Experience with Metso Damatic and/or ABB XA800 systems is a must
Knowledge of paper industry
Willing to be on call 1 out of every 3 weeks

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
