Working w/ Accounts Receivable and Payables, with a primary focus on Payables Manage Time & Billing Manage Deposit Account Entries for Multiple Locations (Currently 10 with more on the way) Prepare Financials Must have 2 or more years experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper Attention to detail & accuracy is critical Experience in a CPA Office setting is preferred Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop Advanced computer literacy & typing skills Effective & Efficient written and verbal communication skills Experience w/ Paylocity HR & Payroll System preferred, but not required Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
